1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use this website, apply for, enrol in or pay for any Skillggenix programme, bootcamp or session. Skillggenix is operated by Skillggenix LLP (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By using the website, submitting an application or making a payment, you agree to these Terms, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not enrol or pay.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms and complete registration, consent and payment on your behalf.

2. Our Programmes

Programme content, duration, schedules, dates, locations and eligibility are described on the relevant programme page and brochure. Launch dates shown as “launching soon” are indicative and will be confirmed before enrolment.

We may make reasonable changes to dates, schedules, trainers, venues, delivery format or content for operational, safety or quality reasons. We will inform enrolled participants of any significant change as early as possible.

3. Applications and Enrolment

Submitting an application, enquiry or booking does not guarantee a seat. Your enrolment is confirmed only after we receive the full programme fee and send you a confirmation. Seats are limited and allocated in order of confirmed enrolment.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information. We may decline or cancel an enrolment if the information provided is false or misleading, or if programme eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are shown in Indian Rupees as the programme fee plus 18% GST. The total amount payable is shown before you pay.

Online payments are processed securely by Easebuzz using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords. A payment is treated as complete only when Easebuzz confirms it to us. Please keep your payment reference for your records.

Fees may be revised for future cohorts. A revision does not affect a fee you have already paid.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Programme fees are non-refundable once paid, except in the limited situations set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, such as a duplicate payment or a programme cancelled by us.

6. Attendance and Conduct

Participants are expected to attend sessions on time, follow trainer and venue instructions, including safety instructions, and treat everyone with respect.

We may suspend or remove a participant for harassment, discrimination, violence, repeated disruption, dishonesty or any unlawful conduct. Fees are not refunded in such cases.

7. Certificates and Career Outcomes

Certificates are issued on completion of a programme, subject to its attendance and assessment requirements.

Our programmes build professional abilities and prepare you for selection processes. They do not guarantee employment, airline or employer selection, placement, salary or any particular result. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, programme materials, brochures, logos and other materials provided by Skillggenix belong to Skillggenix LLP or its licensors. You may use them only for your personal learning. You may not copy, record, share, sell or publish them without our written permission.

9. Use of This Website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, submitting false information or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Website information is provided for general guidance and may change. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with any programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised date. The Terms in effect when you pay apply to that enrolment.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
