Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Skillggenix, operated by Skillggenix LLP (“we”, “us” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, enquire about programmes, apply, enrol, make payments or communicate with us.

Browsing our website does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional advertising tracking or promotional communications.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:

  • Contact details: Name, email address, phone number, city, programme interest, enquiry message and submission time.
  • Application and learning details: Age or date of birth, qualifications, necessary supporting documents, enrolment details, attendance, assessments and completion records. Parent or guardian details may be required for applicants under 18.
  • Payment records: Payer and billing details, programme purchased, amount, currency, transaction reference, payment status and refund history. Our payment provider may supply limited or masked payment-method information.
  • Website information: IP address, device and browser details, referral source, pages visited, interaction events, cookie identifiers and privacy preferences.

Information may come directly from you, your website activity, payment providers or an authorised parent or guardian.

Please do not submit identity documents, health information, passwords or payment credentials through general enquiry forms. Where additional information is necessary, we will explain its purpose and the appropriate submission process.

2. How We Use Information

We use relevant information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide programme guidance.
  • Assess applications, manage enrolment and deliver programmes.
  • Maintain learning records and communicate service updates.
  • Verify payments, issue receipts and administer applicable refunds.
  • Operate and secure our website, prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
  • Analyse website performance and measure advertising, subject to your tracking choices.
  • Send promotional communications with the appropriate permission.
  • Meet applicable legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We provide further notice and obtain additional consent where required before using information for a materially different purpose.

3. Online Payments

Payments are processed through Easebuzz. Checkout information is handled by the provider and relevant financial institutions under their own terms and privacy policies.

Skillggenix LLP does not store full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, UPI PINs, online banking passwords or payment OTPs.

We retain transaction and billing records necessary for payment confirmation, accounting, receipts, fraud prevention, disputes and applicable refunds.

The provider’s privacy policy is available at easebuzz.in/privacy. Fees, cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Cookies and Meta Pixel

We use essential cookies for website functionality, security, payment flows and remembering privacy choices. Optional cookies may support preferences, analytics and advertising.

With your consent, we may use Meta Pixel to measure Facebook and Instagram campaign performance, improve advertising and create audiences for relevant advertising, including remarketing.

Depending on the configured events, Meta may receive:

  • IP address, browser and device information.
  • Cookie identifiers, advertising click identifiers and page URLs.
  • Events such as programme-page visits, enquiry submissions, checkout initiation and completed payments.
  • Limited event details such as programme identifiers, transaction value and currency.

Meta may associate this information with your Facebook or Instagram account where it can identify a match. The information is not necessarily anonymous.

We do not send payment credentials, identity documents, health information, assessment results or free-text enquiry and application contents to Meta. If we introduce Advanced Matching or Conversions API, we will disclose additional information shared and obtain required permissions before enabling them.

Optional cookies and Meta Pixel remain disabled until you make the relevant affirmative choice. You can accept, reject or withdraw optional consent through Cookie Settings. Withdrawal stops future collection through our website but does not automatically delete information previously received by Meta.

You can also manage cookies through your browser and review advertising preferences in your Meta account. Blocking essential cookies may affect website features.

See Meta’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Cookies Policy for details of Meta’s processing.

6. Information Sharing

We share relevant information with authorised staff, trainers and providers supporting hosting, communications, customer management, learning services, payments and permitted analytics. Meta receives information subject to the advertising choices described above.

Information may also be shared with advisers, competent authorities or a successor organisation where necessary and lawful, with appropriate safeguards.

Sharing profiles with employers or placement partners will be explained separately and subject to appropriate permissions.

We do not sell enquiry or student records for third parties’ independent marketing. Providers acting on our behalf are expected to protect information and use it only for authorised purposes.

7. Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as needed for enquiries, programme administration, required recordkeeping, payments and legal obligations. When no longer required, we delete or anonymise it. Protected backup copies may remain until overwritten through our normal backup cycle.

We maintain reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including appropriate access restrictions and secure handling of information. No online system guarantees absolute security. We assess and address breaches and provide notifications where required by law.

8. Applicants Under 18

Applicants under 18 should ask a parent or legal guardian to complete applicable registration, consent and payment formalities. We obtain and verify parental or guardian consent before processing a child’s information where required.

We do not use children’s information for behavioural advertising tracking or targeted advertising. Enrolment consent does not authorise such tracking.

Information collected without required authorisation will be restricted and addressed through appropriate consent or deletion measures, subject to legal obligations.

9. International Processing and External Websites

Some providers, including Meta and cloud-service providers, may process information outside India. We take steps to meet applicable transfer requirements and apply appropriate safeguards.

External websites, social platforms and payment services have their own privacy policies. Please review them before submitting information.

10. Your Rights and Privacy Complaints

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent or raise a privacy complaint. Where applicable law permits, you may nominate someone to exercise your rights following your death or incapacity.

Email info@skillggenix.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Complaint” and enough details to identify the relevant enquiry, application or transaction. Proportionate identity verification may be required.

We aim to address verified requests and resolve complaints within 30 days, or sooner where legally required. We will explain any lawful retention requirements or other limitations. Unresolved complaints may be taken to the competent authority through available legal remedies.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy as our services, technology or legal obligations change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. We provide additional notice and obtain fresh consent for material changes where required.
