Skillggenix is led by a team of accomplished professionals with over 90 years of combined industry experience spanning leadership, operations, engineering, administration, procurement, people development, and professional training. United by a shared vision, the founders have worked with thousands of professionals across diverse industries and witnessed firsthand that long-term success depends as much on human capability as it does on technical expertise. Rajat Maharishi | Co-Founder
With over 25 years of experience, including nearly two decades in senior leadership and ten years as a CEO, Rajat has led large-scale operations, organizational transformation, and talent development initiatives. His vision for Skillggenix is rooted in a simple belief: while knowledge evolves, the ability to learn, adapt, think critically, and lead remains timeless.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in administration, procurement, and organizational support, Archanaa has built a career around operational excellence, accountability, and effective collaboration. At Skillggenix, she strengthens the systems, culture, and values that enable sustainable personal and professional growth.
